You might be tempted to think that there is some sort of magical formula which you just need to get your hands on, but in actual fact there is more to it than that! It boils down to good marketing practices which have been shown to work over the long term.

1. The first thing you must do is to use a seperate web page for each seperate product that you are marketing. I know that it is tempting to put them all together, but this is false economy and although you will save money on hosting, you will lose sales through doing it.

A good idea is to have a clear review on your website as to what the product will do for the purchaser, and if possible try to get some testimonials from satisfied customers. These are very powerful and can often turn a potential customer into a buying customer. Needless to say, these testimonials have to be genuine, and you must get the customers permission before using them.

Another thing that successful marketers do is to write an article about the product or service. People like reading articles, and if you can come up with a good headline, and then put in a call to action and then highlight any other relevant or interesting points, you will be introducing some powerful, persuasive points.

2. Offer free reports to your readers. If possible position them at the very top side of your page so they simply cannot be missed. Try to create autoresponder messages that will be mailed to those who input their personal information into your sign up box.
